We most definitely cannot blame her for doing so, because she is fulfilling our core vision about a diverse and borderless Europe, which is socially, economically and politically integrated, and values the participation of young people in its construction and development. Especially our mean Intercultural Exchange is what she will be doing the next six month:
AEGEE creates a space for members of different backgrounds to meet and learn about cultural differences, in order to foster mutual understanding. AEGEE supports mobility and encourages young people to cross borders and make new friends, to break stereotypes and strengthen tolerance, respect and solidarity.
Apart from finding a successor for Antonia the Local Agora decided to elect two additional board members: One tackling the challenges of Internal Affairs, one the ones of External Affairs. We wish you all the best for your board term, good success in implementing your plans, and sufficient perseverance. You just got the opportunity to experience a super-awesome time within the next year!
